Excellent article, but Adolph Hitler, the Ultimate Avatar, was a vegetarian and he had limitless energy. This is a complex topic that requires much scrutiny. I've read accounts of some Vegans being weak and sickly while others perform incredible feats of athleticism and stamina.
I basically agree. However, the following two contradictions to this I read about 4 or 5 years ago. The first was a professional NBA basketball player. He said that when he went Vegan, his stamina increased so much he had the same energy in the 4th quarter as he did in the first, astounding his coach and teammates. The second was a Bulgarian man, an Olympic caliber power lifter. He went Vegan for moral and ethical reasons though he thought it would end his weight lifting career. To his shock, after several months of his body transitioning to the Vegan diet, he said he was stronger than ever and could lift greater weights with more reps. Presuming these testimonies to be true, how are they explained?
Rodney Grandison is a liar and this is based on another liar the chiropractor Douglas Graham the fruitarian disnfo agent who probably uses this fake as a poster boy to sell his death diet.
I’m a vegetarian and really don’t miss meat. I will never give up dairy! Europeans are lactose tolerant and that gives us an edge.
meat is putrifying poison. Return to meat and the digestion experiences pins and needles an gas-a sign of its being inappropriate as a food..

vegan=no; vegetarian=yes
No vegan diet can last and leads to physical degeneration
